My journey into movement began with a desire to understand my own body and mind better, and it has since evolved into a lifelong pursuit of self-discovery and personal development.
I believe that movement is more than just physical exercise; it's a way of life. It's about exploring our potential, learning new skills, and growing both physically and mentally. It's about connecting with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of guiding many individuals on their own journeys of self-discovery through movement. Whether through online coaching, gatherings, or my podcast, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive space where everyone can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.
My approach to coaching is human-centric. I meet you where you're at and guide you on your journey, providing support, guidance, and tools to help you progress. I believe in the power of community and connection, and I strive to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie in all that I do.
When I'm not coaching, you can find me climbing, bouldering, or deep water soloing in beautiful places like Sicily. I also enjoy writing and sharing my reflections and insights on movement, coaching, and personal growth.
