What is the MENTORSHIP?

The mentorship project is an attempt to flatten the hierarchy of coaching and learning from a teacher. Here, we are all equals. The project is to meet regularly and dive deeper into various topics, support one another, question one another, with the mutual goal of furthering our crafts as teachers, trainers and therapists.

The project is a yearly undertaking, with monthly zoom calls and multiple yearly gatherings in person. We cover topics such as practice philosophy, programming and training structure, progressions and skill trees, learning, teaching and business. The aim is to keep this as cost effective as possible, starting from just £40 per month.

This is a project from Wil Brown of Figuring Things Out, in collaboration with Simeon Hauberg of Intent in Practice.
