Welcome to Strength & Complexity, an online project dedicated to curating a practice that aims to share tasks and games that will test your strength, mobility and overall strength, with a special emphasis on the upper body. The project is full of great movements, tasks and ideas which we have put into a clear programme, with relevant progressions detailed in each video. We suggest working for 4-6 weeks before moving onto the next progression. Ample rest in order to recover is a must when looking to adapt and progress, so please make sure to rest, sleep well and eat to maintain energy! We wish for this programme to support you and your physical endeavours.

This course provides you with a series of ever evolving tasks, to test and improve not only your strength, but your use of this in varied and complex tasks. This way of working is a great way to maintain current levels of strength, whilst applying them into more complex scenarios, ultimately creating a more coordinated and connected moving body. The course is progressive, offering tasks of variable difficulty, volume and intensity.
