Tools for Reflection
A document written to help guide those wanting to begin a written reflective practice, but are not sure how to begin. I have used many of the suggested tools, in particular the Monthly Reflection, which has been a huge part of my life since early 2017. It has helped guide me in life, and provided an orientation that pushes me towards a future I desire. These idea are not my own, but a series of tools I have stumbled upon over the years. I truly hope that they can provide as much value for you as they have for me.
*Please note, this is not a creative or reflective writing course; but rather a series of explorations and ideas I use for myself. The document is 12 pages long, and evolves 3 key concepts: Orientations, Macro and Micro Reflective Tools.
